What is the plan for transition into Reception?
A detailed letter has been issued to all new parents with regard to transition and the arrangements for September will be sent in a letter to parents in due course. Other materials to support transition are in the process of being created.
Where do I purchase school uniform and what is required?
You are able to find and purchase the recommended uniform from The School Shop in Evesham, the link is below:

Other school items that are not badged, can of course, be purchased from elsewhere.
We do also have a good stock of pre-loved school uniform which you can request from mrsannis@cropthorne.worcs.sch.uk
Will my child have hot dinners at lunchtime when they start school?
Hot Dinners are provided by an external provider, Pershore High School. We encourage as many children as possible to try the lunches available. You will be sent a link and activation code to a site called Parent Pay where you will be able to select meals for your child for the days you wish them to have these.
Of course if you child does not wish to have a hot meal at lunchtime there is the option to select a packed lunch or alternatively send in one from home.
These meals are free under the Government Universal Free Meal Scheme for children in Year R through to Year 2.
All children eat together regardless of whether they have a packed or hot dinner.
What before school and afterschool provision do you provide?
We provide a Breakfast Club from 8.00 every morning. The cost is £4.00 a session.
We also provide afterschool provision, Monday through to Thursday from 3.00 until 4.15. The cost is £5.50 a session.
Each month, we issue a booking form that needs to be completed and paid for 1 month in advance. For example, for September the booking form will be issued in July. You can make payment by cheque or cash until we are able to establish you on our online payment facility called Payment4Schools.
