Welcome

“Inspiring Learning for Life”

Welcome to our website.

I am delighted to welcome you to our school family where all our children are given the opportunity to develop as individuals.

We believe it is the early years of a child’s education that lay the foundations for life, and that the education of your child is a partnership.  We aim to provide all children with the best possible start to their education.

If you walk through our school, you will see engaged and happy children working with enthusiastic and smiley staff. We are a dedicated team- staff, governors, parents and families; united together to strive for the best in everything we do!

We provide a safe, happy caring environment, which celebrates diversity and encourages the children to develop a curiosity of the world that “Inspires Learning for Life”. This is delivered through an enriched broad and balanced curriculum, which allows everyone, regardless of background, to feel success through irresistible learning. We are proud of our Christian ethos, strong traditional values and progressive curriculum centred on child development. We are a small and friendly Church of England school serving the villages of Cropthorne and Charlton, and the Worcestershire countryside beyond.

I am proud and privileged to be the Headteacher of Cropthorne with Charlton C of E First School and look forward to getting to know you and your children. Please continue to visit this web site regularly for exciting updates and we look forward to seeing you in school very soon.

If you would like to know more about our school, or schedule a visit to come and see us, please do not hesitate to contact me at the earliest opportunity.

Mrs Denise Smith
