  • Parents Evening

    Tue 30 Sep 2025

    30th September 2025

    Dear Parents,

    Parents Evenings

This term’s parent consultation evenings will be held on Tuesday 7th October & Thursday 9th October from 3.30pm until 6.30pm

We will be using our electronic booking system for Parents Evening appointments again this term. Each parent will shortly receive an email from our website provider PrimarySite inviting you to select a time for your appointment, please check your spam/junk folders prior to contacting the school office if you have not received this.

Upon arrival parents should wait in the school hall and your child’s class teacher will collect you for your appointment.

Please remember there will be no after school activity clubs running during this week. They will restart on Monday 13th October. Wrap around care will run as normal.

You are encouraged to attend the meeting without your child. This is to enable you to be fully aware of the progress they are making, areas to work upon and future targets.

Appointments will need to be booked via your email link and will be allocated electronically at 10-minute intervals. Details of how to book your appointment slot is detailed on page 2 of this letter.

Each appointment slot is scheduled for ten minutes, and as we are keen to avoid keeping parents waiting, please don’t be offended should members of staff attempt to bring your meeting to a close after the allotted 10 minutes. Should this time prove to be insufficient, we would be happy to arrange a further appointment at a later date.

Thank you in anticipation of your support.

    Yours sincerely,

    Mrs D Smith

Once the parents evening has been set up, you will receive the below email from PrimarySite, our Website provider which contains a link. Once the link has been selected you will be redirected to the booking to select a time slot. Please check your junk/spam folder before contacting the school office.

If a time slot has already been taken by another parent, it will appear greyed out to show this is no longer available. Once you have selected and confirmed your booking, you will receive an on-screen reminder of the date and time you’ve chosen, followed by an email confirmation.

  • Welcome Back

    Wed 03 Sep 2025

    2nd September 2025

    Dear Parent/Carer,

Welcome back to school! It has been lovely to see everyone back and ready to learn after what I hope has been a wonderful summer break. The children have returned with such enthusiasm and energy, and it's clear they are excited about the year ahead.

I have been particularly impressed with how smart everyone looks in their uniforms. The children are clearly taking pride in their appearance, which sets such a positive tone for their learning. Thank you for ensuring they are well-prepared and looking their best.

As we begin this new academic year, I would like to remind you of the importance of good attendance and punctuality. Regular attendance is crucial for your child's progress and helps them settle into their daily routines. Every day at school matters and arriving on time ensures they don't miss important learning opportunities and can start each day feeling confident and prepared.

The gates will open at 8:30 for a prompt register at 8:40.

    The day ends at 3:10.

I would like to draw your attention to a key date for your diary.

On Wednesday 10th September at 3:10pm, we will be holding our 'Meet the Teacher' session.

This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to show you their classroom and for you to meet their teacher ahead of our parents' evening later in the term. It's always such a special moment when children can share their learning environment with their families.

I look forward to working with you all throughout this academic year and supporting your child's continued growth and development.

    Warm regards,

    Mrs D Smith
